today's weigh in is actual weight for today. wkly avg is 126.6. So average is right on par with my goals. walked 9.06 Miles today. thinking about doing the City's 150 miles in 150 days starting in April.. hmmm.. after having almost 300 miles walked as of today since the first of the yr, (46 days) I dunno if I can do it lol..
127.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
