Shock of shocks. Having not attended the gym I thought that this would be a minimal or no loss week. Added to that I was craving more fat so I swapped out some foods for mozzarella cheese or higher protein options like the cottage cheese ice cream boosted with protein powder. I'm guessing that between the food swaps and the hours spent doing yard work are what had an impact. Still maintaining CICO with swapped foods. What I need to work on though is I'm still dehydrated according to my skin and the smart scale. Need to work on that.

Let's see what happens next week with conscious hydration.
Otherwise happy as this was an unexpected surprise.

I find if I swap in some carbs or just say “heck with the diet for today”, I’ll lose a pound or two. It has to do with shocking your metabolism. Good for you! We all need a treat day every now and then.
