Hope to get back to exercising next week. I'm positive that is why I have gained because I have eaten no junk food in I think it has been 5 weeks!
157.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 22.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 0.8 lb a week
