seem to be platauing a little but that's ok. at least i lost the weight that i gained initially. will try to lose more but even if it stays here until I go home it will be fine. losing in earnest will begin when i finally get home!
113.5 lb Lost so far: 1.1 lb.    Still to go: 14.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
