I'm impressed that I'm managing to lose weight in Cape Town. Normally weight just balloons out of control when I'm here. I credit two things: having packed my scale so I can accurately record my weight every day and the ability to roughly track my calorie count on my mobile phone using the fat secret blackberry app. For the first time in a long time, I feel in control of my weight. Never going on holiday without my scale again! The trend line is finally evening out, too. So only 6.4kg to go!
113.3 lb Lost so far: 1.3 lb.    Still to go: 14.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
