No change this morning, but that’s ok! I walked 13,800 steps yesterday, just cleaning the house/chasing after the kids!

Today is another big day, we do Shabbat every Friday and it’s my turn to host! My grandma has been doing it for 65 years, every single Friday so we’re easing her into the idea of taking a little break from cooking for 13 people every week! I’m super excited and a little nervous, she’s my inspiration in so many things and I’m excited to show her my kitchen skills! On the menu: Roast chicken and veggies, curried lentils and mushrooms (for my vegan momma), and homemade lemon bars! Wish me luck!

150.6 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 15.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
