Well, I was really hoping for a 3 lb loss this week so that I could say that I've hit my mini-goal of being under 200 lb, but I'll take a 2 lb loss over no loss at all, of course. My downfall this week seemed to be a combination of things. I went a little overboard on cheese one night with my cauliflower. (I thought that since I was short on sour cream I would just add extra cheese, lol). Also, I've been battling the Diet Pepsi still. I really crave it all the time. And, I think that drinking it, even if it's just in the morning, makes me crave it (and anything sweet) for the rest of the day. And, that really sucks on so many levels because the only thing that can seem to conquer the sweet snack craving is the Atkins treats, and those things need to be eaten in moderation because of the stall in weight loss that they cause, so it's a lose-lose. While I haven't been totally avoiding the Diet Pepsi, I did cut WAY back from how much I drank the previous week, so that's a good thing I suppose. I've been working more hours lately and getting less sleep, so I've been super hungry. I broke down and bought some pork rinds this afternoon at work, and after I ate them I was SO full. Low and behold they had MSG IN THEM!!! Ugh. I felt so sluggish and sick. Boo. No more pork rinds from work I guess. :( I'll have to find another low-carb snack I suppose...
200.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I wish I could tell you there's a magic pill to kick the diet soda habit but I think a lot of us struggle with it. I always find it makes me crave sweets too. Great loss! You are doing awesome!
