30 min medium rowing session, dog class with the full course open. Blob up, water way down this morning. I hate drinking water when it’s chilly. Going to have to do better though.
164.5 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 29.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
