1580 kcal Fat: 69.95g | Prot: 64.89g | Carb: 190.61g.   Breakfast: 100% Whole Wheat Bread Light, Fried Egg without Fat, ICBINB Spray. Lunch: Cheesecake, Organic Chicken Hot Dogs, 100% Whole Wheat Hot Dog Buns, Mayonnaise. Dinner: Mashed Potato, Cooked Zucchini with Tomato Sauce (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Ground Beef (95% Lean / 5% Fat), Pumpernickel Rolls. Snacks/Other: Fudgsicle No Sugar Added Fudge Bars, Move Over Butter, 100% Whole Wheat Bread Light, Honey. more...
