Retired Nana of 5's Journal, 23 May 2023

Had my annual checkup today, I had weighed this morning with no gain or loss, but after eating breakfast, wearing jeans and shoes, I gained 0.3 lbs. not bad! She was very pleased with my weight loss and blood pressure! Yeah!! From her calculations I have lost a total of 29 pounds since March, 2022! Thank you Lord!!
288.0 lb Lost so far: 27.5 lb.    Still to go: 163.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
