starting to keep a Journal today.
Had a large cup of coffee today. I will start exercising today at least 30 min a day at least 15 morning and 15 min at night. 02/09/2015. Need to lose 18 lbs

148.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
