I am 56. Struggling to lose 14 lbs. I am a grandmother which I love. I see the grandkids every week. I work 32 hours a week. On weekend I try to clean and cook healthy. Which can be very hard. Not sure what to cook and freeze. I have a husband who is also over weight at 60 lbs. Any suggestions would be great.
