I was a little nervous about stepping on the scale this morning, I even considered pushing it back a day and weighing in tomorrow instead. I started "my cycle" over the weekend and, as per usual, it effects me rather drastically. I get bloated and feel like crap and don't want to exercise. Thankfully, I still had a loss! Not quite as much as last week, but a good loss nonetheless! :)
188.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 58.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
