Blob is down and holding. Water also down, but i drank a ton of it, so not worried there. So happy it’s Friday. I had to fight it last weekend because we were taking care of Sadie, but i may really just sleep in tomorrow for real. Just exhausted this week.
165.3 lb Lost so far: 15.7 lb.    Still to go: 30.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
