Weight loss these last few days has more to do with a stomach bug than any diet. Back well and back at it.

Mostly did this weigh-in to separate illness-loss from diet and exercise loss.
239.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 95.6 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

I'm glad you are feeling better. It reminds me of a line from the Devil Wears Prada--one assistant tells the other, I am just one stomach flu away from a my goal weight. :)
