I guess I just haven't been trying hard enough. It's amazing how old habits creep in ever so sneakily until they've taken over all over again. But...I refuse to quit!
185.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
