Well, I forgot to record my weigh in last week. I gained 3.6 lbs. Was not happy with myself. But realized that I was coming to a plateau and I needed to do something about it. So I shook things up a bit. Changed out my exercise routines. Added a bonus one in the evening one night. Tried and experiment. During the week, I sit a lot, although I don't need to, I just get lazy or engrossed in something on the computer. So I set an alarm on my phone to go off every two hours to remind me to get up and move for 5 minutes and to eat something (not a big meal, just something little to keep the metabolism going). Must have worked because I lost 2.6 lbs this week. So I am now at 1 lb shy of my pre christmas gain. So hoping to stay focused and keep the lose going. I want to lose another 15 lbs by April 25, that means I have to lose 1.36 lbs per week. When I look at it that way doesn't seem so bad. But we all know its not that easy. But I got this! I have wonderful friends to support me and a great sister who is on Fat Secret and hopefully reads this. Love you Cheryle. And Weight Watchers is an awesome organization. Great program and I have such a great group, makes it better. Been struggling with my parents health issues, Dad's health is failing fast and Mom's so depressed about it. She wants me to take over the financial portion of their money which I know Dad won't be happy about but it needs to be done (he has Alztiemers). So I find myself wanting to eat. Which I know I am going to do, so trying to keep healthy things near by so when I reach for food at least it is good for me. And Exercising 6 days a week I think is helping with the stress levels. As my Aunt Doris would say, Just Take One Day at a Time!
158.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
