Super Mini Fortschritte. Immerhin stimmt die Richtung. Eigentlich wollte ich jetzt schon 4-5 Kilo weiter sein.
226.9 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 61.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
