Sooo my target for last week was to hit 269 - which I hit on Friday and was suitably happy with though my iPhone broke and I couldn't update or anything like that :/ still

I went to a barn dance on Saturday after which I seemingly ate the entirety of McDonalds so I was very happy to hop on the scale today and see 267 :)

Target for the week(Friday): 264
267.0 lb Lost so far: 114.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
