In pain! I've been reading "Eat Right for Your Bloodtype" this week and I am sad. According to this book, I should avoid all red meat, most dairy, tomatoes, mushrooms....there's more, but these are some of my favorites! I think I'm going to start incorporating the stuff I should be eating that I don't particularly like, rather than start cutting the stuff out completely that I love.
