Haven't contributed for a while so thought I should catch up. My weight has not gone down much lately, but at least it has not gone up either. I think that the big get togethers with family and lots of food are finally over for a while so I can refocus on my weight loss. One thing I've noticed is that despite losing over 2st this year I am still wearing the same size clothes, so I'm hoping that changes soon. Somebody asked me the other day why I've been so determined this year and weirdly I think it was losing mum in January that did it. She lost weight and had her knees replaced years ago and it really gave her a new lease of life. Now that I don't have her to visit I need to be able to get out and about with my lovely family..
