Yesterday, the 14th of September, 2009, I stopped carbs completely. I'm allowing green veggies but no fruits. I'm allowing sugar free chocolate and sugar free tea. But I'm going to break myself free of my dependence to the addictive carbs, which make me think about food all day long. I'm going to try to stay away from fat, bad fat, also. But I'll allow myself some right now in order to focus on now carbs. But protein and veggies is the main thing. I treadmilled today for 70 minutes. 1ph.
vitamins -- one aspirin, one women's centrum, two calcium
165.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 7.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
