Slowly loosing pounds! Not doing anything special. I'm sure when I'm near the last 10 lbs to loose, I will have to start dieting & exercise. For now I'm taking it easy at my 5th week postpartum mark. I did download the Insanity & P90X app to prepare to use that program by Beachbody.
