Joined a gym yesterday so the wife and I can go together. It looks like some of the weight I gained going on insulin is coming off. Watching portions and counting carbs. I did fall off when I went to my son's house to replace the furnace and they ordered pizza. Only ate 4 squares so wasn't to bad. Blood sugar was down to 64 so it popped me back up.
232.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
