Unless this crazy scale jumps me back up 3 to 4 pounds tomorrow( we all know the scale lies)yay maybe I am past this crazy weight loss stall! I am having rotator cuff surgery Thursday so I won't be able to do arm exercises. 6 weeks of recovery though I am gonna try to keep up with walking. Don't want to get off track! Pray for me everyone!!
143.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
