Went to a Zumba class last night on a whim. Finally felt motivated enough to go the gym... More like got fed up with sitting around and just needed to do something to get my body moving. I will try to go to zumba twice a week, and maybe that will help jumpstart losing more weight since I'm stuck.
138.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
