Hi FS members!!! I pray everyone is doing well. I'm grateful to see the start of another week. This entry is for the week of April 16 - April 22. I ate at or below my calorie goal. I had three active days. Two days were at the gym and one day walking 15,000 steps. I slept well most nights. Have a great week everyone!!!
153.5 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
