Since being in Cape Town, my weight has been creeping up, despite recording my food and weight daily. Although, I do partly think it is water retention from the pickles I'm eating and the fact that my period just startes - I don't like what I see.
So I'm cutting out 500cals a day, which puts me at 1000. Easy calorie breakdown to remember:
100 - snacks (two of 50 cal each) 200 - breakfast 300 - lunch 400 - dinner
