WTF?! 2 meals out that were actually under my usual calories: lettuce wraps and one taco. Grrrrrrr (sigh) this is so discouraging some days. :(
152.6 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I had this happen to me earlier on in the week. It was discouraging for sure. But then so saw it come off at a weigh in a few days later thankfully. Keep steady!

Frustrating for sure when you do all the right things and get a setback. Pick yourself up, brush yourelf off, and kick that darn scale!

Thx LeahB11 and Rhontique, it was up more yesterday then down today. So many factors in weight loss. And yes I gave my scale a piece of my mind. That’s probably accounts for my loss today lol!
