I went to Epsteinā€˜s deli with an old friend and had a corn beef sandwich on club with a potato pancake. OMG - so delicious so worth it.
168.5 lb Lost so far: 61.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
