Trying a tastless fiber powder in my food in order to get my fiber. This morning i put it in my coffee along a teaspoon of chocolate protien powder. It gives it a boost buy only flavor is like a flavored creamer.
327.0 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 77.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
