bla!!! back at work for 1 week and up 2 kgs!! being restricted to a desk most of the day leads to the constant need to snack!! grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr... and not on lettuce either....
142.0 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

jeez i know that feeling, hate being stuck behind my desk

I hear you. I have a boss who restricts me to only going to restroom and out to lunch. I have located a park within 10 minutes drive from our office. So I have gotten into a habit of walking the walking path which is 1 mile around. I have been able to walk 2 miles within 30 minutes. This is a great stress break before I sit down to eat my lunch. Just a suggestion if you can get out of the office in the fresh air this will help you break that snacking habit. I also keep ankle weights at my desk and I do leg lifts and squats while filing and wearing the ankle weights under my slacks at work. Just a few suggestions that help you get extra moves while at work.
