ok so yesterday i was in the hospital all day =0( they gave me IV they said i have/had a virus but im doing alil better...didn't record my meals cuz i really didn't eat a full bites here a few bits there but no full meal feeling much better today went to the gym early did 20 mins on the treadmill and 50 mins of cardio/weight class(30 min in one 20 in the other) hopefully ill be able to finish a whole class but I FEEL GREAT...LOVE THE SWEAT!!!
264.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
