WALKING TO SOUTH ELMSALL AND BACK 2 MILES THERE AND 2 MILES BACK UP A HILL WITH A PUSHCHAIR! drinking loads of diet pop not good but at least it is fluid to flush!
137.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
