I have been working hard at get the pounds off. Seems like I am gaining more than losing! I didn't even log in how much I weigh for a while because I couldn't get past 147. I try to walk at least 5 times a week. I have incorporated in my walk arm movements with 2 lb. weights, upper body twists and hip swings like I'm salsa dancing. I have increased the movements with walking versus just walking only. Hopefully that will get me into weight losing mode again. After walking yesterday hubby and I layed down mulch in the yard. Really doubled my work out. I dropped 3 pounds. Gosh I don't want to have to just about kill myself just to drop the weight off. At this point all I want to do is just drop 10 pounds anything more than that would be a blessing!!!
144.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
