WTF, I have not cheated and have been so good not even eating 1000 calories a day, urgh
140.2 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 25.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 16.8 lb a week

Our bodies are made up of 60% water and will shift hourly. If you ate too much sodium yesterday, hormones, sore muscles from exercise, medications, sickness, inflammation, stress, and many other factors can effect the scale. Google "why the scale lies" for insight.
