No change in my weight. Workouts may be on pause for a bit, my left elbow is hurting bad. Could be a mixed blessing, because I can focus better on my legs and some cardio work....
334.0 lb Lost so far: 62.0 lb.    Still to go: 134.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
