Hey everyone lost a pound WOOOOWWWW I am proud'
did today
20 min of boot camp workout
20 min of run/walk with dog which means I got a arm workout with it
not so good eating
went to beach and relaxed muchly(don't thing that is a work lol) needed
so spare ribs (no bones with bun)
some chips i know very very bad
oh well i am trying iam!!!
165.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week

Even one pound is an accomplishment! I like to pick up something in my pantry that weighs a pound and think to myself... 'this is no longer attached to my butt!' Keep it going! your're doing great!
