I've been stuck at 161 for 2 weeks. Again its the long weekends that i find hard to not over indulge in food and beverage. I also increased my cardio on the weekend but this may be keeping me from gaining weight. I know what to do now.
161.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
