Ate pretty heavy yesterday for my workout, but I continue to build muscle, especially in my shoulders, and now my laterals are coming along for the ride.
333.6 lb Lost so far: 62.4 lb.    Still to go: 133.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
