Went to Longhorn Steakhouse last night with my daughter and her boyfriend - had a wonderful meal, hence the weight gain…. Be strong everybody, if you go off, go right back on. And make sure you’re doing some form of exercise every single day. I’m down from 240Lbs. as some of you know. GOOD LUCK!
165.5 lb Lost so far: 64.5 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
