Well, I think the RDI adjustment is hurting me especially with no physical activity. Plus I had a piece of pizza and some m&ms yesterday. As I have always said, carbs are just not for me! I told myself last night before going to bed, this will not derail my efforts to lose this last 20 pounds. Also, the weekends are harder than the week actually, enjoying time with my kids with movie night and other outings where good food choices are not really there hurts me. I can't even say no good food choices, popcorn is not bad in moderation, nothing is BAD in moderation. I did not go crazy with bad choices at all and remained accountable, I just know that any choice other than healthy for me will slow my progress. Onward and Upward!
130.0 lb Lost so far: 50.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Those darn carbs kill me...pizza and m&ms would start all the cravings again so I am glad to hear you are remaining accountable. Remember the closer to goal you get, the slower it will seem...hang in there!
