another stressful week, another drop in weight I didn't need. Dr thinks meds may be contributing as well. no med changes, but will pick up caloric intake and cut back some on walking... already have met the 100 mile/month goal this week!! so will cut it back over the Nxt 2.
125.6 lb Lost so far: 14.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
