Still bloated. I specifically ate a less than usual and foods that didn't bloat me yesterday to help, but still bloated. I guess there's a couple days delay between eating something wrong and the effects. Makes it hard to pinpoint the culprit.
138.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
