Woke up to a nice loss on the scale. Actually got on and off the scale a few times to make sure it wasn't a mistake. I also know that it happens to be that one week a month when water retention is at its lowest and it certainly helps that I've been so busy with work that I haven't had too much time to think about food. However, to give myself a little credit, I did have lunch yesterday at the Cheesecake Factory and actually stuck to my skinnilicious meal without so much as taking even one fry from the kids or tasting their delicious looking Godiva brownie. Could be a willpower or just that hormones are are at their optimal levels. Either it worked well.
164.6 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
