Ate lots of hamburger meat for dinner...thought I would way heavy but lost another lb.! WooHoo! I guess that hamburger meat really IS beneficial to Type O's. :)))
214.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 79.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
