still going 🥰 I stuck to my eating plan over the weekend, even did a 30 min cardio workout! It was really painful (I'm recovering from back surgery) but I did my best 🥲
137.8 lb Lost so far: 60.1 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well Nana, we're all in the same, or similar, boat. Fighting like hell to feel better and reclaim our health - and lives. If admitting that sometimes my biggest hurdle is saying no to chips and cake, then that makes me feel GREAT and gives me more encouragement to keep saying YES to my health journey 😘
