I'm not as hungry this week and am learning better ways to manage that hunger. I could still drink more water in the day, but I'm making an improvement. I find that I'm slowly craving less sugar!
143.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
