Happy Sunday all.

Lost a little since last weigh in. With a bit more workout and following my plan, I should get below 220 this week.

Here's my tip of the week "If you are good at something never do it for free."(see picture below)...
220.6 lb Lost so far: 48.4 lb.    Still to go: 55.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.4 lb a week
