1-15-15...Weight is 258 this AM. My son came over and made spaghetti, sauce and garlic bread last night. I did well at portion control, and was sated by what I ate. I even had some Edy's buttered pecan ice cream. 1/2 cup is about 120 calories when you eat the absolutely to-die-for no-added-sugar and 1/2 the fat ice cream. I was dying for sweets and there was nothing in the house that sounded better. But this morning, I'm over my sugar cravings and I'm happy with my coffee.
